Denver Colorado Spa Covers

THREE YEAR WARRANTY

Denver Colorado Spa Covers warrants the cover to be free from defects in material and workmanship, under normal usage, for a period of 36 months from the day of delivery to the original consumer, provided that the original invoice is returned to Denver Colorado Spa Covers simultaneously with the claim, or a warranty card is sent to Denver Colorado Spa Covers prior to any claim, under this limited warranty. Such limited warranty does not cover damages caused by animals, fire, vandalism, excessive chemicals, improper installation, strain, excessive abuse or abrasion, acts of god or use for the purpose other than that which the cover was designed. Ordinary wear and tear, delamination and seam splitting due to improper handling are not considered to be a defect in workmanship or material. The consumer must maintain and use the cover in accordance with Denver Colorado Spa Covers instructions. Foam cores are not covered under warranty.

Any expressed or implied warranty is limited in duration to 60 months from the date of delivery to the original consumer-purchaser, unless such limitation is prohibited by law. Denver Colorado Spa Covers shall not be liable for any incidental or consequential damages resulting from any defects in workmanship or material, unless such incidental or consequential damages are specifically provided by law.

To return the cover to Denver Colorado Spa Covers for service under the above warranty, the consumer must at his own expense, unless state law requires otherwise, return the cover clean, dry, and packaged to Denver Colorado Spa Covers at the below address with the 60 month warranty period. Denver Colorado Spa Covers at it’s option will, within 30 days of receiving such returned cover, repair, free of charge, or replace (for the original consumer only) any cover manufactured by Denver Colorado Spa Covers if, in Denver Colorado Spa Covers opinion, it has shown defect in workmanship or material.
